is a non-profit art program serving Native American fine artists and craftspeople from or living in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and South Eastern Alaska. 

Based at Northwest Indian College, in association with  the Lummi Business Center, its purpose is to help promote, educate and preserve Pacific Northwest Native American traditional and contemporary fine art, crafts and culture.
