My images reflect that of mountains, nature and marine life,
with the desire to capture the splendor of what God has created and share that beauty with you and your family.
I sense a part of me has returned home when I revisit the sea and capture the spirit of the fisherman.
Most of my photographic images have been taken in and around the State of Washington.
I am fascinated with the images that emphasize line and shape rather than specific, recognizable objects.
The hidden images, sharp angles and the direction it takes is what I find so intriguing.
A class entitled “Appreciation of Native American Art” first exposed me to surrealism,
an art form that releases the inner child and tries to represent the subconscious mind.
The abstract nature of my work has allowed me the freedom to freely express the
hidden feelings and facts of yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Today, I look for the unusual scene or shape to photograph.
And then in the digital darkroom, I find a style and design that reflects my personality.

I have said, “The art of digital photography is capturing a moment in time;
what comes forth from that original photograph is a pure form of art.”
